Temple Seven Affiliate Program Agreement — v1.0Last updated July 9, 2026

By claiming an affiliate code you (the "Affiliate") agree to the terms below, in addition to the Temple Seven Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Temple Seven Press, Inc. ("Temple Seven", "we") may update these terms; a new version supersedes this one and may require re-acceptance.

  • Eligibility. You must be at least 18, hold a verified Temple Seven account, and provide accurate information. One affiliate code per account.
  • Your code, your responsibility. You choose the code. It must not (a) impersonate Temple Seven, another creator, or any person or brand you don't represent; (b) use any third-party brand name, trademark, or copyrighted/franchise name you don't own or have written permission to use; or (c) contain hate speech, slurs, or content that is racist, sexist, or discriminatory toward any protected group, or is obscene or otherwise unlawful.
  • Content review & moderation. Every code is screened automatically and by our team. A code that conflicts with a brand or copyright is blocked until you change it (or show permission). A code containing hate or discriminatory content may result in your account being suspended from sign-in for up to 3 days pending review, and may be permanently banned. If you believe a suspension was made in error, contact contact@templeseven.com.
  • Activation & review window. Claiming a code reserves it; it is not live yet. You must connect a payout method (bank account or debit card) to complete setup. If you don't connect one, the reserved code is released. After connecting, the code enters a brief review period and then activates. We may decline or revoke any code at our discretion.
  • Commission — calculated on Net Sale Price. You earn a percentage (starting 10%, per the published tier ladder — 10% / 12.5% / 15%) of the Net Sale Price of each attributed, completed sale. "Net Sale Price" means what the customer actually pays for the item — after every discount, promotional code, coupon, credit, and price adjustment, including your own customer discount — and excludes shipping and handling, sales tax and any other tax or duty, and any amount later refunded, charged back, or reversed. Commission is never calculated on the list price. Where an order-level discount covers several items, it is allocated pro rata across those items by their pre-discount price. Tiers advance with attributed sales and apply going forward only.
  • What's covered. Commission and the customer discount apply only to Temple Seven products purchased on the Temple Seven website. They do not apply to purchases made through third-party or affiliate channels — for example Temple Seven's Amazon storefront or any current or future affiliate partner (such as ThriftBooks or AbeBooks). Only sales that complete on this site with your code applied are attributed to you.
  • Customer discount. Your audience saves 15% with your code. A customer may use each affiliate code only once, and may use at most one affiliate code every 30 days across the whole program. Discounts may not be combined except as we allow.
  • Attribution. A sale is attributed when a customer completes a purchase with your code applied, including when they complete the purchase within 14 days of clicking your link (last click wins). We determine attribution in good faith; our records are final absent manifest error.
  • Required disclosure (FTC). You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Temple Seven whenever you promote us — for example with #ad or "affiliate" near the link, per the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides and any equivalent rules where you operate. Disclosures must be honest and not misleading. Failure to disclose is a violation of this Agreement and may result in withheld commission and removal from the program.
  • Commission maturation. Earned commission is held as pending for roughly 30 days (covering the refund/chargeback window) before it becomes available to cash out.
  • Refunds & chargebacks. Commission on any sale later refunded, disputed, or charged back is reversed (in full or proportionally). Reversals may reduce your available balance, including below zero, until offset by future earnings.
  • Payouts & fees. Payouts are made through Stripe once your balance reaches the $25 minimum, and you must complete Stripe identity / payout onboarding first. Standard bank transfers are free. Temple Seven charges no payout fee; for instant payouts, Stripe's own instant payout fee (approximately 1.5%, minimum $0.50, set by Stripe and subject to change) is deducted from that payout — Temple Seven does not add any fee on top of it. Store credit is paid immediately with a +5% bonus and is non-refundable. The exact amount you receive for each method is shown in your dashboard before you confirm. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. Payouts are currently supported only to bank accounts in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand; if we cannot pay out to your country, store credit remains available.
  • Taxes & tax forms. You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or partner of Temple Seven, and you are solely responsible for all taxes on amounts you earn. You must keep accurate tax information on file through Stripe (a valid W-9 for U.S. persons, or the applicable W-8 for non-U.S. persons). If your qualifying payouts meet the applicable reporting threshold — for U.S. persons, generally $600 or more in a calendar year — a Form 1099-NEC will be issued to you and filed with the tax authorities, handled through Stripe. Keeping your Stripe tax details current is your responsibility. Note that store credit you receive may also be taxable income even where it is not reflected on a Stripe-issued form.
  • Code term & renewal. Affiliate codes are valid for 6 months. You may enable auto-renew; a code with no attributed sale for a full year may be closed. Any renewal — manual or automatic — requires accepting the current version of this Agreement, including any changes since your last acceptance.
  • Code changes. You may change your code at most once every 3 months. You cannot change a code while it is under review, and a changed code restarts the full review process — it is re-screened and stays inactive until it clears review again.
  • Good faith & prohibited conduct. No self-referrals, fraud, fake orders, spam, cookie-stuffing, misrepresentation, paid-search bidding on our trademarks, or any deceptive or unlawful promotion. Violations may forfeit unpaid commission and result in suspension or permanent removal.
  • Termination. Either party may end this relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation, withhold or reverse commission, and disable codes for any violation of these terms. Sections on refunds, taxes, and liability survive termination.
  • Forfeiture on termination for cause. If your account or participation is terminated or banned for a violation of these terms, the Temple Seven Terms of Service, or applicable law (including the content standards above), you forfeit any unpaid commission and any accrued but un-cashed-out balance, and no further payout is owed. Cash-outs already completed are not affected. If you leave the program voluntarily and in good standing, you may cash out any remaining eligible balance above the payout minimum before your code is closed.
  • Dormant balances. If your code is closed (for example after a year with no attributed sale, or when you leave the program) and a cash-out-eligible balance remains, we will make it available to cash out for a reasonable period. A remaining balance below the $25 payout minimum that cannot be cashed out, or a balance left unclaimed after your code closes, may be forfeited or handled in accordance with applicable unclaimed-property law.
  • Changes to the program & terms. These terms are subject to change at any time. We may modify commission rates, discounts, tiers, thresholds, program features, or these terms at our discretion, with changes applying prospectively. We will post the updated version, and your continued participation after a change means you accept it.
  • Governing law & disputes. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and is subject to the dispute-resolution and other terms of the Temple Seven Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.
