How this page works

• Every 10 minutes our servers run the checks listed under each component. A component is only shown as working when the checks behind it passed; what no check covers is listed as “not monitored”.
• A component is degraded when a check is slow or when some, but not all, of its checks fail, and down when all of them fail.
• Uptime is the share of checks in the period where the component answered (working or degraded). Days without checks count as “no data”, never as up.
• Incident notes are written by our team and appear beside the automated results; they do not change the uptime figures.
