SHARE invites people as viewers or editors. Everyone sees changes live, with presence chips showing who else is on the board.
PUBLISHING puts a workspace on the public wall at /research, where anyone can read it — no sign-in needed. Social cards show your actual board.
WEAVE and THREAD are how someone builds on published work. A weave copies a workspace with the original pins locked, so you extend around evidence you did not gather without altering it. A thread is a clean fork you own outright. Either way the lineage is recorded and visible, which is provenance rather than paperwork.
Delete a workspace by mistake? It moves to Recently deleted on My Research and can be reinstated for seven days, with everything still on it.
